Attention: you can only visit the Oertijdmuseum with an e-ticket AND a valid QR-code (CoronaCheck). You cannot receive a refund.
Giftcards are available through the online ticket office. Select the relevant tickets and proceed to step 2 (date selection). Here you can specify that you wish to purchase the tickets as a gift.
For birthday parties, school visits, and other group visits you must make a reservation. Please contact 0411-616861 or go to the contact form.
ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS
Annual pass holders are required to make a reservation for a specific date and timeslot for their visit. At the museum entrance, they must show their annual pass together with the timeslot reservation in order to enter the museum.

PARTNER PARKS
Annual pass holders of our partner parks also need to make a reservation for a specific date and timeslot before their visit. At the museum entrance, they must show their annual pass, the timeslot reservation, and the voucher of the partner park (see the website of the relevant park) in order to purchase a discounted ticket.
