Het Oertijdmuseum complies with the Governance Code Cultuur.
Both Stichting Ammonietenhoeve and Stichting BIO are registered with the tax authorities as an Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI). This means that the museum does not have to pay inheritance tax or gift tax on inheritances and gifts.
